Healing is a Journey: Mindset + Biblical Truth for the First 30 Days
If you’re new to phototherapy—welcome. I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you're a customer or a brand partner, I want to remind you of something important:
This is a healing journey. Not a quick fix.
God designed your body to heal. But sometimes that healing takes time, especially if your body has been operating in survival mode for years (hello, stress, inflammation, and toxic overload).
So let’s talk mindset—and truth—for these first 30 days.
1. You’re not broken. You’re healing.
If you’re feeling detox symptoms, extra tired, or just different—take a breath. That’s your body responding. Healing can be uncomfortable at first, but it’s still progress. Don’t panic. Stay the course.
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.” — John 10:10
The enemy wants to steal your hope. He wants you to believe nothing works. But God’s design for your body is GOOD. And healing is happening, even when you don’t feel it yet.
2. This is seed-planting season.
In the first 30 days, you’re planting seeds—supporting your stem cells, calming inflammation, regulating your nervous system, and building up resilience from the inside out.
Some seeds take time to sprout.
Trust that your body knows what to do. Trust the process. And trust the One who created every cell in you.
3. Speak life over your body.
You have a choice: to partner with fear, or with faith. Speak God’s truth out loud:
“My body is healing.”
“God is restoring what’s been lost.”
“I am fearfully and wonderfully made.”
When doubt creeps in, answer it with truth. And if you need help? I’m here for you. This community is here for you.
